4. The Nursery Wall product is hand crafted.
   
   
5. Product is supplied for decorative purposes only and product is not intended to be used as toys.
   
   
6. To ensure products stay in their original condition they should be stored separately before hanging.
   
   
7. Product is spray painted by hand and as such, slight blemishes may occur.
   
   
8. Product is painted on one side only.
   
   
9. While every effort has been made to ensure that the website accurately reflects the colour of each product, actual colours may vary.
   
   
10. Dimensions shown represent the height from the highest part, and width from the widest part of each piece.
    
    
11. Hanging material is not included.
    
    
12. All product designs are © The Nursery Wall.
    
    
13. All Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST if applicable. A Tax Invoice will be issued if requested.

15. Items will be sent after payment is received. Items will typically be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
    
    
16. While the Service has made reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions and background information on the product offered for sale it cannot warrant all the data provided.
     
17. From time to time the Service may communicate with you and any others items that may be of interest.
    
    
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of NSW, Australia.
    
    
19. The Services failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions unless acknowledged and agreed to the Service in writing and the Service agrees that any cause of action arising out of or related to this Service must commence within 21 days after the course of action arose otherwise such cause of action is permanently barred and you and the Service forever waive any such course of action.

The Service shall in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use its product or resulting from any goods or messages received or transactions entered into through the Service or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmission or data including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles even if the Service has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
    
    
21. The Service may change the terms and conditions at any time and any change shall be effective immediately upon reposting the newer version on the website. The date these terms and conditions are effective is 14.02.2008.
